• Home delivery is currently available within a 5km radius of our physical store.
• Delivery slots are subject to availability and weather conditions.
• Minimum order value for free delivery is ₹500. A small fee may apply for smaller orders.

3. Returns & Refunds

• Perishable items (like open packets) cannot be returned once the seal is broken unless the product is defective.
• Non-perishable items can be exchanged within 24 hours of purchase if accompanied by the original bill.
• Refunds, if approved, will be processed via the original payment method or store credit.
